This 23-Story landmark building at 150 Nassau Street was built and designed in a combination of Romanesque and Renaissance styles by the architect R.H. Robertson in 1895. Yitzchak Tessler acquired the property in July 2000 and converted it into 125 luxury residential condominiums including an extraordinary penthouse. He retained Karl Fischer Architect and Shamir Shah to design the property.
